Beef Bordalaise

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. Cut steak into cubes and brown in oil.
  3. Put into 2 quarts (1900 ml) casserole dish.
  4. Add soups, mushrooms and wine; stir to mix.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour.
  6. Serve over cooked noodles.
  7. Enjoy!
