Summer Garden Pita
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Cooked Ham
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 4 medium bananas
- 24 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Mix mayonnaise, green onion and garlic powder in small bowl.
- Spread mixture evenly on pita halves.
- Top each half with 1 slice of ham.
- Layer with evenly divided cucumbers and tomatoes.
- Serving is 2 pita halves.
- Enjoy 1 banana and 3/4 cup of yogurt per person for dessert.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
