Banana-Nut Graham Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine graham crumbs, sugar and baking powder until well blended.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients except nuts in large bowl.
  4. Add graham mixture; stir just until moistened.
  5. Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups; top with nuts.
  6. Bake 15 to 18 min.
  7. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan 5 min.
  9. Remove to wire rack; cool slightly.
