Rustic Chicken Salad with Spring Vegetables
- 1 lb. (500 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 6 cups spring mix salad greens
- 2 cups fresh green beans, blanched (about 3/4 lb./375 g)
- 1-1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (about 3 medium)
- Brush chicken with 2 Tbsp of the dressing.
- Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
- Grill chicken 6 to 8 min.
- on each side or until cooked through (170F); cut into strips.
- Place salad greens on serving platter; top with the beans, tomatoes and chicken.
- Drizzle with remaining 2 Tbsp dressing; sprinkle with cheese and onions.
