Rustic Chicken Salad with Spring Vegetables

  1. Brush chicken with 2 Tbsp of the dressing.
  2. Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
  3. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min.
  4. on each side or until cooked through (170F); cut into strips.
  5. Place salad greens on serving platter; top with the beans, tomatoes and chicken.
  6. Drizzle with remaining 2 Tbsp dressing; sprinkle with cheese and onions.
