Meatballs in BBQ Sauce
- 4 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 can (12 Oz. Size) Evaporated Milk
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 whole Onion, Finely Diced
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Each - Salt, Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Each - Pepper, Garlic Powder
- 2 cups Ketchup
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 10x15 lasagna pan or other 3.5 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the meatball ingredients together gently but thoroughly.
- Shape into balls and place in the prepared dish.
- Mix together the sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
- Cover the dish and bake for 60 minutes.
