No-Bake Rocky Road Chocolate Bars

  1. Combine butter, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in 4-quart saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 4-6 minutes or until melted.
  3. Stir in peanut butter until well mixed.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add cereal and marshmallows; toss until well coated.
  6. Press mixture onto bottom of buttered 13x9-inch baking pan.
  7. Refrigerate until firm.
  8. Cut into bars.
  9. Store refrigerated.
