No-Bake Rocky Road Chocolate Bars
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter
- 1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups) real semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch-flavored chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 4 cups crisp rice cereal
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- Combine butter, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in 4-quart saucepan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 4-6 minutes or until melted.
- Stir in peanut butter until well mixed.
- Remove from heat.
- Add cereal and marshmallows; toss until well coated.
- Press mixture onto bottom of buttered 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Cut into bars.
- Store refrigerated.
