Hot Chili Recipe
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd round
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 4 whole red pepper (warm) Or possibly
- 1 tbsp. grnd red pepper
- 3-4 tbsp. chili pwdr
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. Adolphs tenderizer
- 2 sm. cans red kidney beans
- Brown onion in butter.
- Add in grnd round, salt, and pepper to taste with Adolphs.
- Puree stewed tomatoes in blender.
- Place in saucepan on medium heat.
- When grnd round is browned, add in to stewed tomatoes along with red peppers and chili pwdr.
- Add in red kidney beans; cook 1 1/2 to 2 hrs on medium heat.
