Berry Jam Muffins

  1. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  2. In medium bowl, whisk together sugar, yogurt, milk, oil and almond extract.
  3. Stir into flour mixture until just combined.
  4. Divide half the batter equally among muffin cups.
  5. Spoon 2 tablespoons jam into the center of each cup.
  6. Top with remaining batter.
  7. Bake at 400 for 21-26 minutes.
