Seven Layer Bars Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. graham crackers, finely crushed
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate pcs
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. (1 c.) butterscotch pcs
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce.) can (1 1/3 c.) flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. walnuts, minced
- 1 (14 ounce.) can (1 1/3 c.) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat butter; stir in crushed graham crackers.
- Pat crumb mix proportionately in bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
- Layer in order, chocolate pcs, butterscotch pcs, coconut and walnuts.
- Pour sweetened condensed lowfat milk proportionately over all.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven 30 min; cold.
- Cut into bars.
- Makes 36.
