Ginormous Creamy Frozen Caramel Crunchcake

  1. In a small bowl, combine whipped topping with a dash of cinnamon.
  2. If you like, add more cinnamon, to taste.
  3. Stir and spoon mixture over one rice cake.
  4. Gently place the other rice cake on top, making a sandwich.
  5. Freeze for at least 1 hour, then enjoy!
