No Bake Peanut Butter and Mini Chip Granola Bites
- 1 cup Quick (not Instant) Oats
- 18 cups Oat Bran
- 18 cups Ground Flaxseed
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 13 cups No-stir Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cups Honey, More If You Prefer Them Sweeter
- 2 Tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1.
- In a medium-sized bowl, stir together oats, oat bran, flaxseed, and salt.
- Add in vanilla, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips.
- Stir until well-combined.

- Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes to allow dough to stiffen.
- Form dough into 1-inch balls.
- Eat up!

- Store leftovers in refrigerator.
