Whole Wheat Banana Muffins Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine flours, cereal, baking pwdr and soda and allspice.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Process bananas, buttermilk, egg, sugar, oil and vanilla till smooth.
  5. Add in dry ingredients and mix till combined.
  6. Grease 8 (2 1/2") muffin tins.
  7. Fill with batter, fill empty c. with water.
  8. Bake 20 min.
  9. Let cold.
  10. 185 calories per muffin.
