Refrigerator pickles

  1. Slice cucumbers, onions, and garlic set aside.
  2. You can add any veggies you want!
  3. Mix sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Add peppercorn medley, celery seed, and cayenne to sugar mixture.
  5. Pour pickle solution over veggies in an air tight container and refrigerate for 5 days and enjoy!
  6. They will be good around 2 days but the longer they set the better they are!
  7. This recipe has a small amount of heat but you can add more cayenne for more spice!
  8. This will keep for a month refrigerated.
