Honey & Rosemary-Glazed Pork
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 4 boneless pork chops (1 lb.)
- Mix all ingredients except chops until blended.
- Heat large heavy skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
- Add chops; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until bottoms are browned.
- Turn; top with sauce.
- Cook on medium heat 5 min.
- or until chops are done (145 degrees F) and evenly coated with glaze, turning occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 3 min.
- before serving.
