Cherry Chocolate-Peanut Butter Overnight French Toast

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Spread peanut butter onto 1 baguette half.
  3. Reassemble baguette; cut into 2-inch cubes.
  4. Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Blend remaining ingredients in blender until smooth; pour over bread.
  6. Gently press bread into milk mixture until evenly moistened.
  7. Refrigerate overnight.
  8. Bake 40 min.
  9. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown.
