Cherry Chocolate-Peanut Butter Overnight French Toast
- 3/4 cup PLANTERS Cherry Chocolate Peanut Butter with Semi-Sweet Chocolate, Cherries & Cranberries
- 1/2 lb. French bread baguette, split
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed, softened
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Spread peanut butter onto 1 baguette half.
- Reassemble baguette; cut into 2-inch cubes.
- Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Blend remaining ingredients in blender until smooth; pour over bread.
- Gently press bread into milk mixture until evenly moistened.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake 40 min.
- or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown.
