- 2 cups Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated or shredded parmasan cheese
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 or 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In medium sized bowl, mix corn flake crumbs, parmasan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Scramble eggs in separate bowl.
- Dip chicken thoroughly in the scrambled egg and place in corn flake mixture.
- Shake well enough to cover entire breast with crumbs.
- When finished, place chicken in a baking dish and place covered in oven for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
