Sole With Mushrooms, Lemon And Parmesan Cheese

  1. Saute onion, parsley and mushrooms in 3 tablespoons margarine. Stir constantly until onions become soft.
  2. Mix in thyme.
  3. Place fillets in greased baking dish; pour sauteed ingredients over fish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon peel to taste.
  4. Pour wine over all.
  5. Dot with remaining margarine.
