Delicious Cupcakes- a Mix Made Better

• 1 (18 ounce) boxbetty crocker golden yellow cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 13 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 2 eggs
• 14 cup sour cream
• 34 cup water

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Prepare cupcake pans-I use cupcake wrappers - prepare 20.
3. Mix all the ingredients together ( in a stand mixer) and beat for 3-5 minutes or until light and fluffy.
4. Pour into pans.
5. Bake for 15-25 minutes or until light brown and toothpick comes out barely clean.
6. Cool in pans.
7. Frost when completely cool.
