Thai Tofu Pizza
- 2 whole Pieces Of Naan; Homemade Or Store Bought
- 1/4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 whole Baby Carrots, Thinly Sliced
- 18 cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 block Firm Tofu, 14-16 Ounce Block
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 18 cups Peanut Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Water, To Thin To Desired Consistency

- Preheat oven to 350 F. 2.
- Cut the firm tofu into rectangular slices and set aside in a medium sized bowl.
- In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients for the baked tofu.
- Then pour this over the tofu and toss the tofu to coat.
- Spread out the tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the ingredients for your peanut sauce.
- Set aside.

- Once your tofu in done baking, top your naan with the peanut sauce, cheeses, carrots and tofu.
- Bake pizzas for 10 minutes at 350 F or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
- 5.
- Remove the fully cooked Thai tofu pizza from the oven, top with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
