Chocolate Cereal Treats with Cajeta

  1. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil; lightly grease foil.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat.
  4. Add marshmallows; cook until melted, stirring frequently.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add cereal; mix well.
  7. Press firmly into prepared pan; cool completely.
  8. Cut into 48 squares.
  9. Spread each of 24 of the squares with 2 tsp.
  10. of the caramel sauce; top each with second square to form sandwich.
  11. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
