Wild Rice & Turkey Salad with Raspberry-Orange Vinaigrette

  1. Mix dressing and orange zest; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Mix rice blend with orange sections, turkey, cranberries, raisins, onions and pecans.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. For each serving: Line carry-out container with 2 lettuce leaves; top with 2 cups of the turkey salad.
  6. Place 3 Tbsp.
  7. of the dressing mixture in portion cup; seal top.
  8. Place in salad container; close container lid.
  9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
