5 Minute Vegetable Soup ( In Pressure Cooker ) Recipe
- 1 c. Diced carrots
- 1/2 c. Diced onions
- 1 stalk celery minced
- 1 x Clove garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 c. Stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. Tomato puree
- 3 x Beef bouillon cubes
- 1 quart Plus 1 C water
- 1 c. Cleaned and cut up fresh string beans
- 1 Tbsp. Barley
- 1 pch Dry basil
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- In a 6 quart.
- pressure cooker sprayed with Pam, saute/fry the carrots, onions and celery until limp.
- Dust with the flour.
- Add in all other ingredients and cook under high pressure for 5 min.
- Remove from heat, let pressure drop naturally, remove lid carefully and enjoy!
