Serrano-Orange Glazed Salmon

  1. Mix marmalade, 2 Tbsp.
  2. of the dressing and the chiles; cover and set aside.
  3. Pour remaining dressing over fish in resealable plastic bag; seal bag.
  4. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat fish with dressing.
  5. Refrigerate 20 min.
  6. to marinate.
  7. Remove fish from marinade; discard bag and marinade.
  8. Place fish in medium skillet; cook on medium heat 5 min.
  9. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing occasionally with 2 Tbsp.
  10. of the marmalade mixture.
  11. Transfer fish to serving plate; cover to keep warm.
  12. Add bacon to same skillet; cook 8 min.
  13. or until crisp, stirring occasionally.
  14. Add peppers; cook and stir 3 min.
  15. or until crisp-tender.
  16. Stir in remaining marmalade mixture.
  17. Spoon over fish.
