Ham Primavera
- 1 (7 ounce) package thin spaghetti
- 8 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
- Cook spaghetti in salted water for 2 minutes less than the time recommended on package.
- Saute mushrooms and onion in butter until soft.
- Stir in flour, bouillon, salt and pepper.
- Gently stir in milk.
- Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in ham, peas and spaghetti.
- Allow to cool.
- Place in gallon freezer bag.
- Label and freeze.
- To serve: Thaw.
