Breakfast Smoortjie.

  1. In large frying pan brown onions in olive oil
  2. Add green pepper and fry for about 5 minutes
  3. Add tomatoes and simmer covered for 20 minutes over low heat
  4. Cut corned meat into cubes and add to onion and tomatoes
  5. Add the baked beans and simmer for 7 minutes
  6. Serve with toast
