Grilled Stuffed Roast Pork

  1. Prepare couscous according to directions on box
  2. Add chopped peppers to couscous
  3. Butterfly pork loin
  4. Season pork loin generously with Mrs.
  5. Dash lemon pepper & Mrs.
  6. Dash garlic herb seasonings
  7. Spread couscous mixture on pork loin, leaving a one inch border all the way around the pork loin.
  8. Roll up pork loin securely - tie with kitchen twine
  9. Season generously on the outside of the loin with Mrs.
  10. Dash lemon pepper and Mrs.
  11. Dash garlic herb.
  12. Brown on all sides on a very hot grill
  13. Grill for 90 minutes (or until done according to a meat thermometer) on the grill using the indirect heat method.
