Liquor Filled Chocolates - Bourbon /Rum Balls

  1. Mix sugar, vanilla wafers, walnuts and cocoa powder.
  2. Stir in corn syrup, liquor, and water until combined.
  3. On work suface dusted with powdwered sugar, pat mixture into an 8x6" rectangle.
  4. Cut into 48 pieces (a pizza cutter works well for this).
  5. Roll each piece into a ball.
  6. Place in a tightly covered container for 2-3 days.
  7. Before serving, roll balls in additional powdered sugar.
