Neiman Marcus $250.00 Cookies
- 2 cups butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 large eggs
- 24 ounces chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 8 ounces milk chocolate bars grated
- 4 cups flour, all-purpose
- 3 cups nuts chopped
- 5 cups oatmeal blended*
- Preheat the oven to 357 degrees F.
- Blended Oatmeal: Measure and blend in a blender to a fine powder.
- Cream butter and both sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add chips, candy and nuts.
- Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes longer until bottom is brown and edges start to become brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for a few minutes.
- Transfer cookies onto wire rack and let cool completely.
- Makes 112 cookies, and recipe can halved.
