Muesli With Yogurt and Cashews

  1. All amounts are approximate- play with it to your tongue's content!
  2. Combine oats, soymilk and dates in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  3. If using frozen berries, add them too.
  4. In the morning, stir up the oaty mixture.
  5. (Add other chopped fruits or berries if you wish- I've tried wild strawberries and kiwi, both are delish).
  6. add several dollops of soygurt.
  7. sprinkle with cashews.
  8. Enjoy!
