Spaghetti Sauce With Meatballs & Sausage Recipe

• 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr
• 2 tbsp. parsley
• 2 tbsp. oil
• Sausage, cut up (opt.)
• 1 (28 ounce.) can whole tomatoes, blended
• 1 (12 ounce.) can tomato paste
• 1 (15 ounce.) can tomato sauce
• 2 c. water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• Red pepper seeds to taste

1. Mix ingredients, shape into small balls.
2. Cook over medium heat till browned.
3. Add in to sauce.
4. SAUCE: Saute/fry garlic, onion, parsley and sausage in oil in large kettle.
5. Drain, add in tomatoes, sauce, paste, water and seasonings.
6. Simmer 3 hrs.
7. Add in meatballs.
8. Simmer 1 hour.
