Mother's Yeast Rolls Recipe

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients and pour the scalded lowfat milk over it all and mix.
  2. When cold, add in the rest of the ingredients and mix.
  3. Knead.
  4. Put back in greased bowl; cover.
  5. Place in hot place to rise.
  6. Punch down.
  7. Put back in refrigerator.
  8. When ready to serve, roll out rolls and cut with a biscuit cutter.
  9. Place in a hot place to rise and bake in a warm oven for 10-15 min.
  10. Yield: 24-36 average size rolls.
