Honey Glazed Cornish Hens Recipe

• 2 Cornish hens, split
• 1 c. honey
• 2 tbsp. orange juice, concentrate
• Rind of 1 orange, grated

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place hens, wing side up on rack in baking pan.
3. Mix together remaining ingredients.
4. Bake, basting frequently till golden (approximately 45 min).
5. NOTE: This glaze also works well with ham.
