Healthified Banana Bread
- 4 12 cups mashed bananas
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup butter
- 8 egg whites
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 1 12 cups brown sugar
- 4 12 cups flour
- 34 cup ground flax seeds
- 3 14 teaspoons baking soda
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon allspice
- Mix first four ingredients and whip on high speed until slightly fluffy.
- Add dry ingredients and blend.
- Bake 350.
- About 35 minutes for mini-loaf.
