Asian Chicken and Rice Salad

  1. Mix mustard, oil, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and hot pepper sauce until well blended.
  2. Toss rice with chicken, onion and red pepper in large bowl.
  3. Add mustard mixture; mix well.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  6. Stir in peanuts just before serving.
