Healthy Zucchini Bread

  1. Beat the eggs until foamy.
  2. Add in the applesauce, sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Stir in zucchini.
  5. Combine flours, wheat germ, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Combine both the dry mixture and the egg mixture.
  7. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
