Breakfast Shake

  1. Slice banana and strawberry.
  2. Place flat on a wax paper on a flat pan and freeze for minimum of 2 hours.
  3. I freeze overnight and store them in freezer bags until I am ready to use.
  4. Place frozen fruit, sunbutter, and milk in blender and pulse/mix until it is a smoothie.
  5. I use a cheap and small baby food blender.
  6. Pour and enjoy breakfast on the go!
