Chili-Rubbed Pork Chops (6 points)

  1. In a small bowl combine chili powder, brown sugar, cumin, cinnamon, salt, & pepper.
  2. Mix with a fork.
  3. Butterfly pork chops by slicing them horizontally, stopping 1/2" from edge to keep halves attaches.
  4. Open chops, flatten them on your work surface.
  5. Rub spice mixture on both sides of the chop.
  6. Marinate overnight.
  7. Coat grill with cooking spray.
  8. Grill chops for 3 minutes, then turn & continue cooking until chops are firm.
