Leftover Ham with Cheese and Potatoes over rice

  1. Heat butter on a pan.
  2. Sautee garlic, onions and ham.
  3. Add potatoes, carrots, sage and salt and pepper.
  4. Add water and bring to simmer.
  5. Add beef bouillion cube.
  6. Simmer until vegetables are cooked.
  7. Taste.
  8. Add more salt, pepper or sage if desired.
  9. Serve over rice.
