Leftover Ham with Cheese and Potatoes over rice
- 200 grams Ham, diced
- 1/2 cup cheese spread
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 small carrot, minced
- 1 small garlic, minced
- 1 small white onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 1 piece beef bouillion cube
- 2 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 salt and pepper
- 5 cup cooked rice
- Heat butter on a pan.
- Sautee garlic, onions and ham.
- Add potatoes, carrots, sage and salt and pepper.
- Add water and bring to simmer.
- Add beef bouillion cube.
- Simmer until vegetables are cooked.
- Taste.
- Add more salt, pepper or sage if desired.
- Serve over rice.
