Honey Custard Recipe

  1. Beat together all ingredients thoroughly in a casserole dish (I used square cake pan) - sprinkle cinnamon/nutmeg over the top.
  2. Place the dish in a larger cake pan filled with water.
  3. Bake at 350A degrees F for about 45 minutes or until it is set and firm.
  4. If you like, drizzle a little bit of warm maple syrup over the top before serving.
