Chocolate Chip Bread
- 1-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
- 2 cups bread flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 tbsp. white sugar
- 1-1/2 tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. nonfat dry milk
- 2 tsp. nonfat dry milk
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- margarine
- 1/2 cup tbsp. water
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lg. egg
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2-1/4 tsp. active dry yeast
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. white sugar
- 2 tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 4 tbsp. nonfat dry milk
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 cup water
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lg. egg
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Have all ingredients at room temperature.
- Add ingredients in the order specified by your machine.
- Add chocolate chips at the appropriate moment for your machine.
- Set bread machine on basic bread making setting.
- If possible use light baking cycle, if not use normal setting.
