Pork Satay

  1. Trim pork and cut meat into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, onion, garlic, lime juice, brown sugar, hot sauce and oil.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Add pork and toss to coat.
  5. Marinate 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
  6. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  7. Thread 3 pieces pork onto each skewer.
  8. Broil satays 4 inches from heat, turning occasionally, until nicely browned outside, 8-10 minutes.
