Frosty Mocha

• 1 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tbsp instant malted milk powder, if desired
• 2 tbsp instant coffee (dry)
• 3 1/2 cup small ice cubes

1. In blender container, place all ingredients except ice; blend until well mixed.
2. Add ice cubes a few at a time, blending well after each addition until smooth
3. Tip: Chocolate flavored instant coffee (cuppuccino mocha mix) can be used in place of the regular coffee.
4. To make chocolate shavings for a garnish, pull a vegetable peeler along the edge of a chocolate bar.
