Spicy Catfish

  1. Mix mayonesa, pepper and onions.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat for 4 min.
  4. Lightly brush fish with dressing; coat evenly with cornmeal.
  5. Add to skillet; cook 3 min.
  6. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Drain.
  8. Serve each fillet topped with 1 Tbsp.
  9. of the mayonesa mixture.
