Spicy Catfish
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayonesa con Limon
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
- 4 green onions, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 8 catfish fillets (4 oz. each)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Cilantro Pepper Flavored Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup cornmeal
- Mix mayonesa, pepper and onions.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat for 4 min.
- Lightly brush fish with dressing; coat evenly with cornmeal.
- Add to skillet; cook 3 min.
- on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain.
- Serve each fillet topped with 1 Tbsp.
- of the mayonesa mixture.
