Fresh Herbs Snip and Dip #RSC
- 2 cups canned cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 12 cup Hidden Valley Original Ranch Light Dressing
- 12 cup Greek yogurt
- 12 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 14 cup parsley, chopped
- 14 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 14 cup of fresh mint, chopped
- 14 cup fresh chives, chopped
- Place beans, ranch dressing, yogurt, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic and pepper in a food processor and puree until smooth.
- Add herbs; puree until incorporated.
- Chill until ready to serve.
