Chicken mulligatawny soup

  1. slice chicken into strips.
  2. combine with rice, garlic, curry paste, ginger, salt, saffron abd cinnamin sticl in slow cooker.
  3. pour 5 cups water in and stir.
  4. cook on low until chicken is tender.
  5. stir in apple juice, coconut milk and green onion.
  6. remove cinnamin before serving.
  7. serve with garnish
