Hot German Potato Salad

  1. Place potatoes and onions in a baking dish and spray lightly with olive oil spray.
  2. Roast at 200C for 40 minutes, add kransky and continue to cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, wholegrain mustard and sour cream.
  4. Arrange roasted vegetables and kransky on a serving platter.
  5. Scatter with celery and drizzle with mustard mayonnaise.
