Easy Cabbage Pork Rolls in 10 Minutes
- 110 grams, 7 slices Thinly sliced pork
- 2 leaves Cabbage
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Sesame oil
- Cut the cabbage to match the size of the thinly-sliced pork and roll up in the meat.
- Combine all of the seasoning ingredients, except for the katakuriko, and coat Step 1.
- Dust the rolls with katakuriko.
- Place the meat rolls in the frying pan with the seam side down and begin to pan-fry.
- Add the leftover seasoning ingredients from Step 2 and fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes to finish.
- Pour on the sauce that's left in the frying pan over the rolls when serving.
