Easy Cabbage Pork Rolls in 10 Minutes

  1. Cut the cabbage to match the size of the thinly-sliced pork and roll up in the meat.
  2. Combine all of the seasoning ingredients, except for the katakuriko, and coat Step 1.
  3. Dust the rolls with katakuriko.
  4. Place the meat rolls in the frying pan with the seam side down and begin to pan-fry.
  5. Add the leftover seasoning ingredients from Step 2 and fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes to finish.
  6. Pour on the sauce that's left in the frying pan over the rolls when serving.
