Baked Fish With Mushrooms And Smoked Almonds Recipe
- 2 lb fish fillets cut serving size
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. hickory-smoke flavored almonds
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley Parsley sprigs for garnish Lemon wedges for garnish
- Place fillets in a single layer in a well-oiled baking dish.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and lemon pepper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min per inch of thickness or possibly till fish flakes easily and is no longer translucent/soft in the center.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and saute/fry over low heat for 5 to 7 min.
- To serve, spoon mushroom mix over fish.
- Garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
