Creamed Potatoes And Vegetables Recipe
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn green peas
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker creamed potatoes
- 2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 jar (2 ounce.) pimiento, liquid removed and minced
- 1 can (2 ounce.) mushroom stems and pcs, liquid removed
- 1 teaspoon season salt
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
- Rinse frzn peas under running cool water to separate; drain.
- Heat all ingredients to boiling in 10 inch skillet, stirring frequently.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, till potatoes are tender, 20 to 25 min.
- 6 servings.
