Cajeta Cereal Treats

• 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
• 1 pkg. (10-1/2 oz.) JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
• 1 pkg. (16 oz.) honey-flavored multi-grain cereal flakes with oat clusters
• 1/2 cup cajeta (goat milk caramel)
• decorating icing (optional)

1. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil; lightly grease foil.
2. Set aside.
3. Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat.
4. Add marshmallows; cook until melted, stirring frequently.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Add cereal; mix well.
7. Press firmly into prepared pan; cool completely.
8. Remove formed cereal mixture from pan by turning pan upside down on cutting board.
9. Remove pan; peel off foil.
10. Cut cereal mixture crosswise in half.
11. Spread one half with cajeta; top with remaining half to form sandwich.
12. Decorate with icing, if desired.
13. Cut into 24 squares to serve.
